I have had a huge positive change with hayfever symptoms since taking 3 x capsules of bee pollen every morning for the last 3 months. Last season I felt like I was full of a cold quite frequently, just because of allergies. Huge difference this year. No blocked nose, no itchy eyes, no scratching throat. The one quantifiable thing I have changed is adding daily bee pollen. It is an incredible product with so many benefits. Looking forward to trying the Multi product shortly for my cycle symptoms (sore periods). I am interested in the higher amount of liver in these supplements, as many studies show positive benefits to women in supplementing liver. Thank you for bringing such awesome, pure products to market!
